The Mock Side of the Moon is the third part of the 4th episode in season 3 of Dexter's Laboratory, which first aired on January 18, 2002. In this episode, Dexter goes to the moon to find an alien race talking about something. Thinking they're going to attack Earth, Dexter tries to destroy the aliens, only for the leader to tell him that they need sweaters.

  • There is a scene that flashes red and purple lights when Dexter zaps the aliens.
  • When Dexter uses his translator on the leader alien, its' voice sounds very similar to the Looney Tunes character Marvin the Martian.
