That's Using Your Head is the third part of episode 31 in season 2 of Dexter's Laboratory, which first aired on March 18, 1998. In this episode, Dexter meets a crazy homeless man who thinks he can communicate with aliens, as the man is wearing a lot of electronic devices. In the hopes of communicating with the aliens, Dexter takes the man to his lab for further research.
