Trivia

Notes

  • First appearance of Quackor.
  • This episode is often mistaken for a Dial M for Monkey episode because the title card had its music playing during it and the episode revolved around Monkey, but it was confirmed that this is really a Dexter's Laboratory episode.
  • During the episode clips from the original opening for Dial M for Monkey is used

Episode Connections

  • The events of this episode are referenced to and continue in the episode "A Quackor Cartoon".
  • When Quackor changed back into her normal form and flew away, Monkey looked at her with a shocked look. This may have been foreshadowing him falling in love with her in the episode A Quackor Cartoon.
  • When the narrator was talking about who Monkey was, there was a montage of small clips from previous Dial M for Monkey episodes such as Magmanamus, Rasslor, and Simion.
  • At the beginning of Quackor's transformation the narrator refers to Quackor as a 'him', it is unknown if this was on purpose or done accidentally.

Production Notes

  • The first time Monkey appeared in the Dexter's Lab segment of the show rather than his own.
  • The music that played on the title card is the same music that plays in the title card of every Dial M for Monkey episode.
