Project Dee Dee is the third part of episode 21, which first aired on December 3, 1997. In this episode, Dee Dee has to do a science project for her school assignment, but when Dexter hears about this, he willingly tries to help her out, but she doesn't need it.
For a couple of frames Dexter and Dee Dee are seen running away on foot,yet --in the last frames before the end of the episode,--they're riding inside Dee Dee's rubberband car.
