Poppa Wheely is the first part of the fourth episode in the third season of Dexter's Laboratory, which first aired on January 18, 2002. In this episode, it's Career Day at Huber Elementary, and Dexter is so ashamed of Dad that he decides to create a better father. Shortly after, he realizes Dad is much more cooler.
It is Career Day, and because Dexter is ashamed of his father, he creates a better father for himself. However, he soon discovers that his real father is much cooler.
