Episode Connections

Cultural References

  • This is a parody of superhero teams such as Power Rangers whose vehicles come together to form a giant robot used to fight a huge monster who is wreaking havoc. This includes the family members divided into different squares, and the theme song is a parody of Go Go Power Rangers.
  • The white suits with the red stripe on the side that Dexter and his family wears throughout the segment are the same ones Wonka and his guests wear in the Shrinking Room in the film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
  • As soon as Dexter finishes mentioning a device capable of getting the family back home, a familiar sound from the game show "Jeopardy!" can be heard (the sound upon nobody "questioning the answer").

Production Notes

  • Although "Jeepers, Creepers, Where Is Peepers?" and this episode aired on July 12, 2002, they were produced in 2001 according to the credits. They are also the final episodes produced in 2001.
    • These episodes completed production by December 2001.[1]
