Pain in the Mouth, the ninth episode of The Justice Friends, is the second segment of the thirty-seventh episode in season 2 of Dexter's Laboratory. It first aired on April 29, 1998.

In this episode, Krunk gets a tortilla chip stuck in his tooth and suffers from a toothache. Instead of taking him to a dentist as Valhallen suggests, Major Glory tries to take matters into his own hands.

Plot[]

As Krunk watches his favorite TV show T.V. Puppet Pals, he eats a handful of tortilla chips and gets one stuck in his tooth. As a result, Krunk flies into a rage and destroys everything in the living room. He then goes to the kitchen to tell Major Glory and Valhallen about his toothache. Valhallen looks inside and finds the chip stuck in one of Krunk's teeth and advises taking him to the dentist, but Major Glory objects and insists on getting rid of the toothache himself.

First, Major Glory ties Krunk's tooth to a doorknob using some rope. After slamming the door shut, the door flies off the wall and leaves a trail of cracks in the ceiling, causing part of Muscular Arms to crumble. Second, Valhallen drives his vehicle with Krunk's tooth attached to the rear. Just as they drive off, the vehicle flips forward, sending Major Glory and Valhallen crashing into a nearby building. Third, Major Glory flies into space with the Justice Friends rocket to extract the tooth, but as he turns his head, he sees Krunk and part of the street flying with him, much to his dismay.

Soon enough, Major Glory then calls on Valhallen to remove the tooth. Valhallen then plays his ax and forms an electrical dragon that flies near Krunk, but is knocked back as Krunk reaches his arms out. Major Glory then uses the Jaw of Freedom to remove the chip, but nothing happens and both Krunk and the Jaw of Freedom scream out in pain. With nothing left to do, Major Glory calls upon the other members of the Justice Friends to stop Krunk's tooth pain. White Tiger claws at the tooth. Living Bullet bounces off the tooth and is left with several dents in his head as a result. Phan Tone appears around Krunk and disappears, and Miss Spell appears to zap lightning at Krunk's tooth. Capital G appears and shrinks himself down to size. He then jumps inside Krunk's mouth to pull out the tooth, but nothing happens.

Finally, Major Glory comes up with an idea that causes Comrade Red and his cronies to attack Krunk. Valhallen again suggests taking Krunk to the dentist, and an argument between him and Major Glory embroils. As they fight, Krunk goes to the dentist. There, the dentist removes the chip from Krunk's tooth and gives him candy. Major Glory himself is at the dentist for his bad teeth.
