The Laboratory Rat is a racecar that was invented by Dexter and used in the episode Dexter's Wacky Races. He apparently has the Quadraplex T-3000 Computer installed into the car's tracking system. The Laboratory Rat also has the ability to hack into the mainframes of other computerized systems and shut them down.
