Peltra is the 2nd episode of the 1st season of Dial M for Monkey.
Synopsis
Peltra captures Monkey to make him into clothing for her.
Plot
A meteor is headed toward the earth and Agent Honeydew and Commander are ready to stop it. The meteor stops when it is above the ground and arms and legs and a head come out of the craters revealing itself to be a monster instead of a meteor. It starts destroying the city and they try to stop it but nothing is working. Then, they call out Monkey to come out and he stops it. Monkey saves the day from the monster and everyone cheers for him. Then, a UFO light takes monkey up into space with him Agent Honeydew goes after him.
They end up in an evil space lair where and evil villain named Peltra has them captured. Peltra is going to use Monkey as clothing. She has two minions named Tanner and Skinner who she is going to use to help with that. Angent Honeydew takes some pink paint and pours it all over Monkey ruining his fur. Peltra can no longer use him as clothing and she gets rid of them.
Later, Monkey is in Dexter's Laboratory shaving and Dexter comes up and tells him once he's done shaving they will start doing tests. Then, Dexter gets shocked and starts writing stuff down like mad.

The episode's antagonists seem to be a parody of Cruella De Vil and her accomplices in 101 Dalmations.
