Dexter's unnamed Hamster is a recurring and very minor character on the show who usually just fills the role of Dexter's pet which he keeps in his room. Despite the fact that it barely ever appears nor is its existence mentioned by other characters, his Hamster cage and Hamster tubes can often be seen whenever Dexter's Room is shown.

- In the pilot, comics and concept art, it is shown that he has more than one, which is possible as the hamster tubes lead into the lab so he many have dozens despite that only one is more commonly seen in the cage.
