Cindy is one of the many female drones working at the Photo Matt empire under the evil Red-Eye. Dexter knocked her out with his Kung-Fu style in order to steal her helmet and wear it as a disguise. She was voiced by Ming Na-Wen.

Cindy has pale skin, ginger hair. She also wears a white coat, a yellow helmet with her name on it, lab goggles and purple gloves.
