Plot
Dexter is playing chess at the big championship and his Mom is watching. Unfortunately, she doesn't realize that the audience is to be completely silent during the chess tournament (so the players can concentrate) and cheers for Dexter really loudly. This leads to Dexter's mother being told to leave by the announcer and for Dexter to lose the competition. Dexter becomes depressed that he didn't win, but his mother beats up the winner's obnoxious father and claims the trophy for Dexter, prompting Dexter to hug her and say she is the best.
Although this episode along with "School Girl Crushed" and "Father Knows Least" premiered on May 23, 2003, they were actually made in 2002 according to the credits.
These episodes completed production in October 2002.[1]
