Bad Cable Manners is the second segment of the first episode in season four of Dexter's Laboratory. It aired on April 25, 2003.

In this episode, Dexter pirates cable TV for Dad so he can watch his favorite shows. However, this gets both Dad and Dexter into legal trouble.
