A Silent Cartoon is the second part of episode 8 in season 3 of Dexter's Laboratory, which first aired on June 14, 2002. The episode features Dexter and Dee Dee fighting for what color the lab should be, with the former wanting it blue and the latter wanting it pink.

Summary

Dexter is trying to paint his lab blue, but Dee Dee wants to make it pink.

Plot

Dexter wants to paint his lab blue, but Dee Dee wants it pink. First, Dee Dee keeps changing Dexter's blue blueprints to pink blueprints. Then, Dexter and Dee Dee try to put tile on the floor which ends up being a blue and pink pattern. Then, Dexter is putting up a wall. Dee Dee hands him a pink wall, causing Dexter to destroy the wall. Finally, Dexter is putting in blue light bulbs while Dee Dee changes them to pink. When Dexter turns on the lights, he notices what Dee Dee has done and gives up. Dee Dee walks away, ending the cartoon.
